Job Description
- Assist in recruitment efforts such as posting job ads and scheduling interviews
- Help in onboarding new employees by organizing orientation sessions and preparing necessary paperwork
- Support HR team in maintaining employee records and updating internal HR systems
- Assist in conducting training and development programs for employees
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure proper communication and coordination of HR-related activities
- Provide administrative support for HR initiatives and projects
- Assist in conducting exit interviews and analyzing feedback to improve employee retention strategies
- Stay updated on current HR trends and regulations to ensure compliance in all HR practices.
