As an HR Executive at Wipro, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and employee relations. You will work closely with department managers to ensure that HR policies and procedures are consistently implemented and adhered to. Additionally, you will play a key role in developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain top talent, as well as promoting a positive workplace culture. Job Description

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Manage the recruitment process and ensure effective sourcing, screening, and onboarding of top talent
- Oversee employee relations, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
- Conduct regular training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Maintain all HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws
- Coordinate employee benefits and compensation packages
- Handle employee grievances and provide coaching and counseling as needed
- Manage HR data and reporting, including preparing and analyzing HR metrics
- Collaborate with department heads to address staffing needs and organizational goals
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure a competitive edge in talent management
