The HR Executive at Quantum will be responsible for coordinating HR functions and programs, including staffing, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance with laws and regulations. This role will involve working closely with department managers and employees to provide HR guidance and support. Additionally, the HR Executive will be tasked with recruiting and onboarding new hires, managing employee records, and conducting performance evaluations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the organization by ensuring a positive and productive work environment for all employees.

Job Description

- Manage recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates for fit
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees
- Administer employee benefits and compensation plans
- Oversee performance management and disciplinary processes
- Handle employee relations issues and conflict resolution
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
- Collaborate with management on strategic HR initiatives
- Ensure a positive employee experience and promote a healthy work culture.
