DSJ INFOTECH is seeking a dynamic HR Executive to join our team. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and benefits administration. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices and regulations, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Job Description

- Manage recruitment and selection process for DSJ INFOTECH.
- Oversee onboarding process for new employees.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee relations issues and conflicts.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Manage compensation and benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Assist in strategic workforce planning.
- Provide support to management on HR-related matters.
