Job Description
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business goals
- Manage and oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent
- Conduct performance management and employee relations activities to foster a positive work environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address HR-related challenges and provide solutions
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to HR practices
- Support the development and implementation of employee training and development programs
- Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Assist in developing and maintaining HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks
- Provide high-quality HR advisory services to employees and management
- Participate in HR-related projects and initiatives to enhance overall employee experience.
