The HR Associate at Rainbow Hospitality will be responsible for providing support in various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and training and development. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize workload. This role will involve collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, conducting interviews, processing new hire paperwork, and handling employee inquiries. The HR Associate will also assist with performance management, policy development, and compliance with employment laws. Job Description

- Assist in recruitment process, including posting job openings and conducting initial screenings
- Coordinate employee onboarding activities, including orientation sessions and paperwork processing
- Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Conduct training sessions for employees on various HR topics
- Assist in performance management process, including conducting evaluations and providing feedback
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits
- Assist in organizing and coordinating employee events and activities
- Support HR manager in various administrative tasks as needed
- Stay current on HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and procedures.
