Reliance, R-Media, Workshala is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an HK Executive, Steward, Commi, F&B Executive, Kitchen Helper. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel's food and beverage areas. This includes supervising a team of stewards, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies. The HK Executive will also be responsible for coordinating with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. Strong organizational and leadership skills are a must, along with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. Job Description

- Oversee and manage the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the kitchen and dining areas
- Supervise a team of stewards and ensure they are following proper health and safety guidelines
- Coordinate with the culinary team to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow
- Inspect equipment and facilities regularly to ensure they are in good working condition
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and place orders as needed
- Conduct training sessions for stewards on proper cleaning techniques and procedures
- Handle any guest complaints or issues related to cleanliness or service
- Keep track of expenses related to housekeeping and report to superiors
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to housekeeping and hygiene
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while providing leadership to the stewarding team.
