Job Description

- Serve as the main point of contact for guests at Muro
- Ensure all guest inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and courteously
- Manage guest feedback and reviews to improve overall guest experience
- Coordinate special requests and arrangements for guests
- Train and supervise guest relations staff to provide exceptional service
- Create and implement guest relations strategies and initiatives
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest satisfaction
