As a Guest Relation Executive at Kananwas Resort, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction and providing exceptional customer service. Your main duties will include welcoming guests, assisting with check-in and check-out processes, addressing customer inquiries and complaints, and ensuring all guest needs are met. You will also be responsible for promoting resort amenities and services, coordinating special requests or arrangements, and maintaining a positive and professional relationship with all guests. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
Job Description

- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests
- Address and resolve guest concerns and complaints promptly
- Manage guest reservations and inquiries, including check-ins and check-outs
- Ensure smooth communication and coordination between various departments
- Build and maintain positive relationships with guests to enhance their experience
- Assist in organizing and executing special events and functions
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote the resort's amenities and services
- Stay informed about local attractions and events to suggest personalized recommendations
- Uphold the resort's standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality
- Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements based on suggestions.
