- Oversee all operations within the FMCG department, ensuring smooth and efficient processes
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize productivity and minimize costs
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to coordinate operations and achieve department goals
- Manage inventory levels and control expenses to optimize profitability
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
- Lead and mentor a team of operations staff to maintain high levels of performance
