MCV Vehicle Finance is seeking a motivated General Manager Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, managing a high-performance sales team, and developing and executing strategic sales plans. Responsibilities include setting sales targets, overseeing the sales process, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with customers and partners. The General Manager Sales will also be responsible for analyzing sales data, forecasting future sales trends, and continuously improving sales strategies. Job Description

- Lead and manage the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Develop sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction
- Recruit, train, and motivate sales staff to achieve business objectives
- Implement best practices and processes to improve sales efficiency
- Stay current on industry trends and competitive landscape
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
