Key Responsibilities-
1. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales objectives. Identify and capitalize on market opportunities, driving revenue growth.
2. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's product knowledge and sales skills.
3. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Personally engage with key clients and decision-makers to build relationships and close strategic deals. Oversee the acquisition and retention of clients, ensuring client satisfaction.
4. Sales Performance Analysis: Analyze sales data and performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to align strategies and enhance overall customer experience. Ensure seamless communication and collaboration across departments.
6. Budget Management: Collaborate with the finance department to develop and manage the sales budget. Monitor expenses and optimize resource allocation for maximum efficiency.
7. Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Utilize market intelligence to refine sales strategies and maintain Lawyered's competitive edge.
