The Front Office Associate at ART CLUB PVT LTD will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests. Duties include greeting and checking in guests, answering phone calls and emails, managing reservations, processing payments, and maintaining a clean and organized front office area. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be organized and detail-oriented, and have a positive and professional demeanor. Previous experience in a customer-facing role and knowledge of the art industry is preferred.
