Job Description
- Identifying and developing relationships with potential candidates through networking, job fairs, and other recruitment efforts
- Staying informed about industry trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment.
- Responsible for handling End to End recruitment cycle for healthcare professionals in the US.
- Engages with the support team, which handles onboarding, to stay focused on recruiting and building the candidate pipeline.
- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
- Should ensure to revert submit profiles with quick turnaround time for timely submissions to meet sharp deadlines for each requisition.
- Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
- Expertise in preparing and using search strings and techniques. Preparing candidates for screening with the clients.
- Ensuring that adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with the US clients and take the feedback till the final placement and maintain a mutual relationship for future requirements.
