Job Description
- Provide comprehensive flight and ground instruction to student pilots in accordance with FAA regulations and company standards.
- Conduct pre-flight and post-flight briefings with students to review performance, training progress, and safety protocols.
- Develop individualized training programs to address the specific needs and learning styles of each student.
- Assess students’ progress and provide detailed feedback to ensure readiness for certification exams.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress, training hours, and any other required documentation.
- Ensure that all flight operations are conducted safely and efficiently.
- Participate in continuous professional development to stay current on new regulations, procedures, and technologies in aviation.
