The First Line Manager at iReact Cloud Consultant Pvt. Ltd. will be responsible for overseeing a team of cloud consultants and technicians to ensure the successful deployment and maintenance of cloud solutions for clients. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, delegating tasks, providing support and guidance to team members, and working closely with project managers and senior management to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality services. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in cloud computing, and a proven track record in project management. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities are essential for success in this position.
Job Description

- Lead and manage a team of support engineers to deliver exceptional customer service and technical support
- Ensure team meets or exceeds key performance indicators and service level agreements
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities for team members
- Collaborate with other departments to prioritize and address customer escalations and issues
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to support continuous improvement
- Conduct performance evaluations and address any performance concerns or discrepancies
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency
- Oversee scheduling and allocation of resources to ensure coverage during peak times
- Communicate effectively with both team members and upper management to provide updates and insights
- Stay current on industry trends and technology to provide informed guidance and support
