Job Description
Process Management for all financial aspects of the Company.
• Formalization of Processes related to financial aspects of the Company.
• Compliances as per Companies/LLP Act and Income Tax Act
• Monitoring GST, TDS and other compliances.
• Financial Budgeting and cost control.
• Relationship Management with bankers, vendors, and clients.
• Formalizing accounting and conducting internal audits.
• Payment tracking of clients and vendors.
• Tracking loan repayments and financial health of company for repayment of loans.
• Financial modelling as per Projects
• Approvals on costing for project and cost management
• Procurement evaluation
• As directed by Sr Management
