As a Field Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various positions within the organization. You will be required to travel to different locations to conduct interviews, attend job fairs, and build relationships with potential candidates. Your main objective will be to attract top talent to fill open positions while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Additionally, you will provide support to hiring managers by understanding their staffing needs and collaborating with them to identify the best candidates for their teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized, and have a proven track record in recruitment. Job Description

- Act as main point of contact for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for field positions
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates through networking and recruiting events
- Conduct interviews and assessments to determine candidate qualifications and fit for positions
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions and identify key competencies needed
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, follow-ups, and job offers for selected candidates
- Manage recruitment process from initial sourcing to onboarding of new hires
- Utilize applicant tracking system to manage candidate pipeline and maintain accurate data
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies
- Represent company at job fairs, career events, and other recruiting opportunities
- Travel to various locations to meet with candidates and clients as needed.
