The Field Manager at Delhi Academy will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of field operations, including managing a team of field staff, coordinating field activities, and ensuring the successful implementation of educational programs. The Field Manager will be the primary point of contact for field staff, liaising with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. This role requires strong leadership skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a keen attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in field management, a passion for education, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Job Description

- Oversee daily operations of field activities
- Manage team of field staff and monitor their performance
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve goals and targets
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and compliance
- Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork
- Handle and resolve any field-related issues or conflicts
- Provide training and support to field staff as needed
- Keep track of inventory and supplies for field operations
- Prepare and submit reports on field activities and progress to management.
