Job Description
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Director, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and managing communication.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Director.
  • Organize and prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
  • Manage the Director's calendar, ensuring all commitments are met in a timely manner.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist in running personal errands, event planning, corporate meetings, and client interactions as required.
