- Providing on-site technical support to customers for Okaya Power Pvt Ltd products
- Installing, repairing, and maintaining power systems and equipment
- Conducting site surveys and assessments to determine customer needs
- Collaborating with sales and engineering teams to develop solutions for customers
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with power systems
- Training customers on proper use and maintenance of equipment
- Responding to service calls and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Documenting service activities and providing detailed reports to management
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong relationships with clients
- Adhering to company safety and quality standards at all times.
