POOJA PESHORIA is looking for a creative and experienced Fashion Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing new clothing and accessory collections that align with our brand's aesthetic. You will work closely with the design team to create sketches, select fabrics, and oversee the production process. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for fashion, trend forecasting abilities, and excellent design skills. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, meet strict deadlines, and have a keen eye for detail. Job Description

- Create and design new fashion collections that align with the brand's aesthetic and vision
- Research current trends and forecast future trends in the fashion industry
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop mood boards and inspiration for each collection
- Design and sketch initial concepts, then collaborate with patternmakers and seamstresses to bring the designs to life
- Source fabrics, trims, and accessories for each collection while adhering to budget constraints
- Attend textile shows and fashion events to stay current on industry developments
- Conduct fittings and make necessary alterations to garments
- Oversee the development of samples and ensure the final product meets design specifications
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop product marketing strategies
- Stay up-to-date on market competition and consumer preferences to ensure designs are commercially viable.
