Job Description
- Manage and supervise a team of facility staff including cleaners and maintenance workers
- Ensure the proper functioning and upkeep of all equipment, systems, and facilities
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers for maintenance and repair work
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for facility management
- Conduct regular inspections to assess the condition of facilities and identify areas needing improvement
- Handle budgeting and cost control for facility management related expenses
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards
- Provide quality customer service and support to all employees and visitors
- Assist in planning and executing facility improvement projects and renovations.
