Synchro Electricals Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and results-driven Export Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities in international markets, coordinating with overseas distributors, managing product pricing and negotiating contracts to maximize sales and profitability. The Export Sales Executive will also be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, conducting market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities, and providing regular sales reports to upper management. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in export sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a strong understanding of international business practices. Job Description

- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand company's export market
- Identify and target potential overseas customers for electrical products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international distributors and agents
- Negotiate and close sales contracts with international clients
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products to global customers
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors' activities to identify business opportunities
- Travel to trade shows and international markets to promote company products
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to company's overall export growth
- Stay updated on export regulations and customs procedures to ensure compliance.
