The Export Executive will be responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of products to clients located worldwide, managing all documentation required for customs clearance, and communicating effectively with freight forwarders and carriers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of export regulations and logistics, as well as excellent organizational and communication skills. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Job Description

- Coordinate with international clients to understand their export requirements
- Prepare and submit export documentation for customs clearance
- Assist in negotiating export contracts and pricing
- Ensure all shipments are in compliance with export regulations
- Liaise with logistics providers to arrange transportation of goods
- Monitor shipment progress and update clients on delivery status
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during export process
- Keep up to date with changes in export laws and regulations
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote export opportunities
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
