Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through creative approaches.
- Lead generation and developing strategies for marketing; Cold calling to prospective Travel Agents to develop business relationship.
- Identifying new business opportunities and staying ahead of market trends to capitalize on emerging prospects.
- Build a deep understanding of our products and present them effectively to Travel Agents.
- Increasing company sales by getting new clients and convincing existing clients to buy our products.
- Meeting sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
- Revival of Drop-out Agents.
Requirements :
- Good knowledge of destinations, suppliers & hotels.
- Should have extensive network and contacts in the travel industry that will help us expand further.
- Financial awareness including business acumen and profit awareness
- Enthusiastic with excellent Communication Skills.
- Confident and has good ability to interact with Agents.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 Per Year
