Job Description
  1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:
    • Identify and prospect potential clients within the designated territory through various channels including cold calling, networking events, and referrals.
    • Conduct research to understand the communication needs and pain points of prospective clients.
  1. Consultative Selling:
    • Conduct meetings with prospective clients to understand their business requirements and challenges.
    • Educate clients about the benefits of cloud telephony solutions and WhatsApp Business integration in improving communication efficiency and customer engagement.
    • Provide customized solutions based on client needs and budget considerations.
  1. Relationship Building:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations to help them achieve their business objectives.
  1. Sales Quota Achievement:
    • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
    • Continuously identify new opportunities and upsell additional services to existing clients to maximize revenue.
  1. Market Intelligence:
    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics related to cloud telephony solutions and WhatsApp Business.
    • Provide feedback to the product development and marketing teams to help enhance our offerings and market positioning.
