Job Description
- Inspect vehicles for mechanical and cosmetic defects
- Determine the value of the cars based on market trends and condition
- Conduct test drives to assess performance
- Provide accurate appraisal reports to management
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of car models and market values
- Collaborate with sales team to negotiate trade-in deals
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing fair and transparent evaluations
- Assist with vehicle reconditioning process as needed
- Adhere to company policies and procedures for evaluating cars.
