- Manage end-to-end implementation of ERP software system
- Plan and execute project timelines, budgets, and resources
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and objectives
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Conduct regular status meetings and report progress to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with project management methodology and best practices
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications
- Coordinate user training and support post-implementation
- Monitor and evaluate project outcomes to ensure successful delivery
- Continuously improve project management processes and procedures.
