Job Description
- Develop and deliver ERP training programs for employees at all levels.
- Coordinate with various departments to understand their ERP needs and ensure system functionality meets requirements.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for ERP users.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure system integrations and upgrades.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices related to ERP systems.
- Develop and maintain documentation and training materials for ERP processes.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and system integrity.
- Manage user access and permissions within the ERP system.
- Regularly review and analyze system feedback to implement improvements.
