The Engineer/Sr. Engineer at Sourcing will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials. Job Description

- Design, develop, and oversee sourcing strategies and processes
- Manage relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts
- Analyze market trends and identify potential new suppliers
- Conduct supplier audits and assess their capabilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Drive cost reduction initiatives and support continuous improvement efforts
- Provide technical expertise and support for sourcing related projects
- Develop and implement supplier performance metrics
- Mentor and train junior engineers in sourcing methodologies
- Stay updated on industry best practices and innovations in sourcing technologies
