Job Description

- Provide academic counseling to students on various professional courses offered by the center
- Evaluate students' educational needs and goals and assist them in choosing the right courses
- Guide students in understanding the eligibility criteria, course curriculum, and career prospects
- Organize informative sessions and workshops to enhance students’ knowledge and skills
- Assess students’ progress and provide feedback to help them improve their performance
- Coordinate with instructors to address students’ academic concerns and provide additional support if needed
- Keep abreast of industry trends and educational developments to provide up-to-date guidance to students
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of students’ academic progress and counseling sessions
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to enhance students’ learning experience
- Act as a mentor and role model for students, providing emotional support and encouragement as needed.
