- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure competitive advantage
- Communicate with customers to address inquiries and issues promptly
- Work with third-party vendors and partners to expand online product offerings
- Execute email marketing campaigns to drive traffic to the website
- Stay current on e-commerce technology and platforms to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
