Job Description
- Coordinate schedules and assign daily tasks
- Monitor performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Ensure timely dispatch of drivers to deliver goods to clients
- Maintain accurate records of orders and shipments
- Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and management
- Resolve any issues or concerns that arise during the dispatch process
- Supervise the loading and unloading of vehicles
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and company policies
- Collaborate with other departments to meet operational goals and objectives
