Job Description

Social Media/Digital Marketing Specialist with strong technical expertise and a proven track record in managing digital campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of social media algorithms, AI-based tools, and performance marketing, along with hands-on experience in WhatsApp integrations and SMS panel management. This role requires proficiency in SEO, PPC, email marketing platforms, and running ad campaigns in international markets. The candidate should be skilled in CRM integration, remarketing techniques, and marketing automation to optimize and scale marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Social Media Strategy & Execution
    • Develop and manage paid and organic campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and LinkedIn, focusing on Indian and international markets.
    • Leverage social media algorithms to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions.
    • Utilize tools like Hootsuite for planning, scheduling, and tracking social media activities.
  2. AI & Analytics Integration
    • Use AI-based tools for audience insights, campaign performance tracking, and workflow automation.
    • Analyze data to identify trends and optimize campaign performance.
  3. Performance Marketing
    • Execute PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn to drive leads and conversions.
    • Continuously optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs and ROI targets.
  4. Email Marketing & ESP Platforms
    • Manage email campaigns through platforms like Mailchimp, SendGrid, and similar tools.
    • Ensure high deliverability rates and optimize subject lines, content, and segmentation for better engagement.
  5. WhatsApp Integrations & SMS Campaigns
    • Set up and manage WhatsApp Business integrations for lead generation, nurturing, and engagement.
    • Utilize SMS panels for targeted campaigns and analyze delivery and engagement metrics to optimize performance.
  6. Web Analytics & Remarketing
    • Implement and manage website pixels to track visitor behavior and engagement.
    • Develop and execute remarketing campaigns to re-engage audiences and improve conversion rates.
    • Use tools like Google Analytics to analyze website performance and generate actionable insights.
  7. SEO & Content Optimization
    • Plan and implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
    • Work with content teams to ensure optimized, engaging, and brand-aligned content.
  8. Marketing Automation & CRM Integration
    • Implement and manage marketing workflows with tools like HubSpot, Marketo, or similar platforms.
    • Collaborate with sales teams to integrate marketing efforts with CRM systems for effective lead management.
  9. Cross-Channel Campaign Management
    • Design and execute campaigns integrating email, SMS, WhatsApp, and social media channels for cohesive messaging.
    • Use automation tools to manage and optimize multichannel workflows.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in social media/digital marketing, including international campaigns.
  • Proven expertise in running campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and managing WhatsApp/SMS integrations.

Key Skills

  • Advanced understanding of social media algorithms and AI-driven tools.
  • Proficiency in SEO, PPC, and performance marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with ESP platforms like Mailchimp and SendGrid.
  • Expertise in WhatsApp Business integrations, SMS panels, and associated tools.
  • Knowledge of remarketing strategies, website pixels, and tracking user behavior.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and marketing automation tools like HubSpot or Marketo.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign performance and optimize strategies.

Preferred Skills
