- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Create compelling content for digital channels including social media, email marketing, blogs, and websites.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts, using analytics tools to track key metrics and ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, design, and product development to align digital marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, suggesting new strategies and tactics to improve results.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong track record of executing successful campaigns and driving measurable results.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and email marketing software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for diverse audiences.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
