Position/Title: Digital Content and Engagement Analyst

About the Role
The Digital Content and Engagement Analyst will lead the strategy, creation, execution, and analysis of digital content and engagement initiatives across various digital platforms to drive brand awareness, customer interaction, and business growth. This role entails managing all digital content channels and leveraging data analytics to inform strategy and optimise engagement.
Preferable Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience in content creation and social media management, preferably within the engineering consultancy, renewable energy, or related sectors.
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful digital content strategies that have driven brand growth and customer engagement.
• Experience in managing multiple social media platforms and understanding their respective participants (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Expertise in using advanced analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau) to measure performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong command of content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal) and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
Role Purpose
• Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills.
• Develop and implement content and social media strategies that align with the company's marketing goals.
• Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) to generate brand awareness and engagement.
• Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales.
• Proficient in content management systems, keyword research tools, and social media marketing applications.
• Collaborate with marketing team to align content and social media strategies with marketing goals.
• Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
• Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
• Execute content strategy across multiple platforms, including creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analysing performance metrics.
• Manage the creation of engaging, accurate, and high-quality content that reflects our brand's voice and appeal to our target audience.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital content strategy that aligns with the company’s objectives and market trends.
• Oversee the creation and distribution of engaging, high-quality content across various digital platforms.
• Manage and enhance the company’s social media presence, ensuring active and meaningful engagement with the audience.
• Lead the analytics function to monitor, measure, and report on the performance of digital content and social media engagement.
• Utilise data insights to continually refine and improve content strategy and engagement tactics.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure integrated marketing communication and brand consistency.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies, applying best practices to drive digital engagement.
