Job Description
Responsibilities:**
1. **Market Research:** Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs and market trends related to new product development.
2. **Product Conceptualization:** Utilize CAD software to conceptualize and design new products, creating detailed prototypes and 3D models.
3. **Prototype Fabrication:** Oversee the fabrication of prototypes for testing purposes, ensuring precision and accuracy.
4. **Product Testing:** Conduct comprehensive testing of product designs, identifying and troubleshooting any potential issues or improvements.
5. **Material and Manufacturing Evaluation:** Evaluate various materials, manufacturing processes, design tolerances, and other factors to select the most suitable options for new product development.
6. **Design Optimization:** Continuously refine and optimize product designs through fixture trials until they are production-ready.
