- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs
- Utilize various sourcing methods to find qualified candidates, including job boards, networking, and social media
- Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Track recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
- Assist with other HR duties as needed
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills required
