Job Description
Implements recruitment, staffing, and retention strategies that support business objectives, improve employee and business performance, and gain a return on investment for the business Provides direct supervision and leadership to Coordinators and Recruiters Ensuring that all assigned construction projects are properly staffed with the appropriately trained and skilled professionals needed to successfully provide the contracted services Provide escalated support for problems and issues Select, develop and build local teams by recruiting resources, defining staff development areas and programs and providing ongoing feedback, training and development Manage external production partners to deliver efficiencies and quality of execution Manage resource planning, identify gaps and forecast for future demands Manage documents, libraries and toolkits and manage achieve project history Project allocation to team members and may also be responsible for your own portfolio of studies Support the on-going rolling five-year strategy for Distribution across the global DC network, delivering our philosophy of being better for customers, more flexible and responsive for stores and business needs
