Job Description
- Enter data from source documents into prescribed computer database, files, and forms
- Verify accuracy and completeness of data by comparing it to source documents
- Update and maintain database records with new and updated information
- Prepare and sort documents for data entry
- Review data for errors and correct any incompatibilities
- Generate reports and perform data analysis as needed
- Adhere to company policies and confidentiality protocols
- Maintain data entry requirements by following data program procedures
- Ensure proper use of office equipment and address any malfunctions
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
