Job Description

- Support the day-to-day operations of our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) business
- Assist in managing inventory levels and replenishment schedules
- Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure timely delivery of products
- Monitor order processing and shipping to meet customer expectations
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements
- Help maintain and update product listings on our e-commerce platform
- Communicate with vendors and third-party service providers as needed
- Assist in troubleshooting any issues that may arise with orders or shipments
- Contribute to the overall success of the D2C business through teamwork and innovation.
