Job Description

- Provide top-notch customer support via phone, email, and chat
- Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Document customer interactions and feedback to improve our products and services
- Stay up-to-date on company policies, processes, and promotions
- Collaborate with other team members to meet customer support goals and targets
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience
