- Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and live chat
- Resolve customer complaints, questions, and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order status inquiries
- Maintain a positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Utilize CRM software to record customer interactions and update account information
- Stay current on product knowledge and company policies to better assist customers
- Meet or exceed performance targets for customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rate.
