Tech Mahindra is seeking a highly motivated Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. You will act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues, and ensure they are addressed promptly and effectively. Additionally, you will be responsible for resolving customer issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate departments, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong problem-solving ability, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Job Description

- Provide exceptional customer support through phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with product inquiries, account issues, and technical troubleshooting
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and provide solutions
- Document all customer interactions and feedback in the company's database
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the customer experience
- Stay current on product information and updates to better assist customers
- Meet and exceed performance metrics for customer satisfaction and response times
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance customer support skills.
