Majestic Wings is seeking a Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction. Duties include handling incoming calls, emails, and messages, addressing customer concerns in a timely manner, and coordinating with other departments to resolve issues. The Customer Support Executive will also maintain accurate customer records, process refunds or exchanges, and report feedback to management. Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a friendly demeanor are essential for success in this role. Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred. Job Description

- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and technical issues
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times
- Communicate effectively and efficiently with customers and team members
- Identify and escalate any issues or trends to management
- Utilize CRM system to track customer interactions and resolutions
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues
- Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by management
- Stay up-to-date on company products, policies, and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
