Impact Infotech is seeking a Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and handling all inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Duties include answering phone calls, responding to emails, and resolving customer issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction. The Customer Support Executive will also collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and help improve products and services. Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach are essential for success in this role. Job Description

- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients through phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer concerns and escalate issues as needed
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to customers
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide knowledgeable support
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and performance targets
- Proactively seek feedback from customers to improve processes and services
- Assist in developing customer support strategies and procedures to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
