Heaven Consultancy is seeking a Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, resolving product or service issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Customer Support Executive will interact with customers via phone, email, and in-person to address inquiries, complaints, and feedback. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate customer records, processing orders, and escalating complex issues to management when necessary. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Job Description

-Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
-Provide exceptional customer service and build positive relationships with clients
-Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
-Educate customers on products, services, and company policies
-Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
-Identify and escalate priority issues to management
-Stay up-to-date on company offerings and industry trends
-Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience
-Assist with onboarding new customers and provide technical support when needed
-Work closely with sales and marketing teams to promote client retention and satisfaction.
