GRMAC Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly motivated Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Duties include answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely manner, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. The Customer Support Executive will also collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset are essential for this role. Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred. Job Description

- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and live chat
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order processing, and general troubleshooting
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer concerns
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate issues and ensure timely resolution
- Update customer accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions
- Monitor customer feedback and make recommendations for improvements
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals and KPIs
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer support skills and knowledge.
