Job Description
- Provide exceptional customer service and support via phone, email, and live chat
- Assist customers with product inquiries, account issues, and troubleshooting
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving all inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer feedback and escalate issues as needed
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up accordingly
- Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products based on customer needs
- Meet or exceed customer service metrics and KPIs
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and streamline customer support operations
- Provide feedback to management on customer trends and suggestions for improvement.
Exp- 6 months to 1 year in bpo sector
